Threshold + Wind = Threshold-ish

Weather: Sunny, Warm, WINDY!!!

threshold-ish on the bike path with matt & laf. originally 5:25-5:30 was the goal for 4, but when the wind almost knocked us over while stepping out the door we knew that would be tough to consistently hit. we started on the apple road side with the wind at our back (but really it was swirling in all directions). i dont think any of us were feeling all the great & therefore i found myself ahead from .5 on. the turnaround in the business park back to apple was the worst running experience that i can ever remember - the wind was horrendous. all i could do was just finish it out at a solid effort & not worry about times. 5:30, 5:32, 5:42, 5:45= 22:30. We then jogged to the s college bridge & did 4x hill sprints. also we saw a father smoking a cigar with his kid playing on the train tracks that warns of a 120mph train and live wire - nice. The effort was definitely there, but the wind took away from the times a tad.
