Comments:
well first time running a 3k so i guess that's an auto pr. i was a little short of my goal, which was to hit between 9:15 and 9:20, but not too bad. the plan was to not go out fast, and i think i did that part alright. i felt more tired than my time reflects though, i was pretty darn tired after this race, and i'm not really sure i should have. its alright though. now i have a time to beat next time i run the 3k.
