Comments:
Set out without a clear distance in mind. Was kind of hoping for 15 and didn't feel very good for the first 4, so very pleased with the result. Hip felt fine. Was pretty windy, but mostly at my side. Stopped for water at about mile 14. Don't know what I weighed this morning, but I have been weighing in around 180. After my run and having drank most of a Gatorade, I weighed 171.2--clearly very dehydrated.
