day 11: offensive rebounds!

biked in the cardio room while watching the boys' basketball team get rocked by rochester. they were up at the half, but i don't think they got a single offensive rebound the entire second half. the game ended just as i finished my 45minutes--good timing.
45min on random at lvl7. rpm 120-130, hr 130-140 for most, 150 by the end.
