Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
after the bike, i went down to the pool. open swim was in the old pool today for some reason, so it was really crowded. i warmed up an easy 400, then saw blaire and a friend of hers a couple lanes over. they invited me to swim with them. we kicked for a while then did the workout that was on the board by the deck: 100 Swim, 100 Kick, 100 IM, 100 Pull, 100 Swim. You'll notice that the capitalized letters spell skimps. anyways. kicked some more, swam a 300 easy. swam some more. my right calf cramped up during this one. i was convulsing for a bit in the water trying to shake it out, then made it over to the wall to massage it. that was the end of the pool workout.
met wyatt in the locker room. he agreed to do hurdle drills with me, so we did. then static 3. planks with brandon. ibis x 40 hips x15.
