used my watch even though i can barely read the screen. i was able to slow the run down considerably, and it felt okay..legs kind of sore, but the 4 striders on the field after felt fantastic.
actually the fact that running that pace feels so easy is pretty encouraging. i was starting to worry that my endurance might start heading down the pooper, but i think i'm probably ok.
