Indoor mid run

Comments:
Planned to run outside but too cold. Needed to get in 6 miles in prep for next weeks 10k, haven't run more than 4.5 in almost 3 weeks! First 2 miles were sluggish and left quad was super tight, felt awful. Decided it was best to break up the run to see if I could get out of funk, walked for 2 minutes got off mill and stretched a bit. Able to do last 4 miles continuously with less tightness and fatigue in quads. Inner hip definitely works harder on mill but not a deterent to finishing run. Picked up pace for last few minutes and felt okay. Glad to finally get in this distance but yikes what an effort.
