Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
My body aches. Yesterday I slept all day and took some Robotussin. The cup had a hole in it so the medicine spilled all over my spongebob blanket... :(
My shin was throbbing on the bus today on my way to practice. I stretched out pretty well I thought. Then once I had gotten past the Hilton park it all went downhill. Both of my shins started to lock up. It felt like I had a contraption from a Saw movie on my shin. Sharp pains in both of them. But only my left calf hurts. My mileage has been low but I'm doing as much as I can. I used today to see how far I could push myself. Wasn't able to do more than 4.
Got back to the FC and did some shin walks, those rubberband things, calf raises, and body squats.
Sucks.
