Comments:
Helped paced the guys on 8 300 meter hill repeats. Felt pretty relaxed. I really want to get my 5k time down for the UNC-C meet. I still think I can get down to low 15s if not break 1500. Just need to put in 3 solid weeks of training. 55-60 miles a week.
