Comments:
Left calf/achilles/shin hurting and very tight. Right knee also felt a little sore.
Since it has been giving me problems, I decided to cut my distance again because I really don't want to mess anything up less than 3 weeks from a tri. Better to have a slightly slower race than not be able to race at all!
