i dont know what i'm doing

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
ran the workout with ethan and surprise guest aaron lin. 8 by 2;00 minutes "tempo" 1:00 rest. we ran in lane 3/4 most of the time, so i honestly have no idea what our exact distance was, but i'm pretty sure we were going relatively fast on the tempo sections (maybe faster than tempo?) so i'll say it was like 3.5. plus the 4 times 400 with 400 jog rest = 5.5 miles workout and 2 miles warm-up plus 3.5 cool down. felt really good on the 400s. really tried to just hit race pace, then hammer the last lap. went like 67, 66, 65, 64. with first 200 being 37, 38, 37, 37. that means i hit 30, 28, 28, 27 for my last 200, but it also had some decimals thrown in there. i felt really good on this workout, and on the day in general. taking tomorrow easy, might cross train?

also, i should probably have a meeting with coach to see what i'm going to be doing for the rest of the season. i really dont know which meets i'll be running and how often i should do workouts, and what kind, and just kind of mesh that with my mileage schedule, because i still plan on running my mileage through the end of the year.
