didnt know if i got it on time, mesured the corse after the run, so im kind of mad, could of gone faster

the 212 felt confortable- worked on form the whole run
same recovery jog
2 mile cooldowns
cooldown kind of burned under 6 40 pace, worked on form with pain of thighs- simulating last 2 laps of race on my mind
