Dear diary,
Today I saw a boy.
He's a backstabber.
Then I ran three race prep miles.
It was okay. Running on the cinder stuff was better, I never do that cause I prefer pavement but now I'll do that.
My shins hurt so I took smaller steps but it wasn't bad at all compared to other days. It feels like how a bruise feels when you poke it but I don't know if that means its serious or just sore.
Practiced handoffs...yay 4x8?
