Comments:
due to the we windy weather out today, we stayed inside and ran, doing 10 minute warmup, then 10x200's upstairs on 80 sec.. base, 75 sec base and 70 sec base running around 6 minute pace, then 10 minutes of cooldown,then the girls did Handman for 30 seconds each
