Exercise Type: Bike

i think we're running out of spinners to accomodate all of the people who couldn't do the running workout today. we literally lined up 5 spinners at the end of the track and me, chris wade, nick hewitt, drew, and ben did today's bike workout. it's nice to have company though. the workout was as follows:
10min warmup
8x 2min hard w/ 1min rest
2min rest
6x 1min hard w/ 1min rest
10min cool down
my calf cramp from yesterday was still hurting a bit, but it didn't bother me at all during the bike workout. maybe it's not as bad once i get warmed up? either way, it felt like a good bike workout. headed to the pool next-- i'll finish my log there.
