Comments:
so by the time we got to the pool to do our workout, it was 5:45. and the pool closes at 6. so we elected to skip some of the warmup kicking. we got through all the drills, 5x 50 starting on the minute, roughly. kicked a 50, then started the next set. i got through 3 before they kicked us out. i'll have to be more efficient or start earlier next time.
