Comments:
better does not mean good. better means it wasn't an absolutely terrible experience and I lived to describe it. ran the right paces but wasn't as fast or comfortable as I wanted. warmup and cooldown didn't feel great either. need to clear ten tons of gunk out of my sinuses so I can breathe again.
