Comments:
Did some lifts with the boys after running. Dips, runners, 25 pound abs, and a little bench press with nick. Got up more weight than i though i could. I weigh 152 in my running shoes apparently. Friday is the gallon challenge. I hope it doesnt make me feel like shit for winter oasis that night.
