ran the workout with the distance uaa guys. coach said she was "ignoring me" but it diddnt really bother me. i'm waiting until next week to meet with her about what exactly i'm supposed to do for the rest of the year until after uaa's. so i just ran slightly behind ethan for the 800's and then slightly behind chris wade for the rest. i felt nice and relaxed on the 800s, which were race pace, slightly faster but still "smooth" as carter kept saying, and then the 200's felt weird. i didnt run them that hard. i was like 33/34 for most of them, which isnt very fast, and i'd like to say its because i didnt have spikes on, but it may have just been me being tired. maybe the 15 second rest did it. not sure. good day though. even though it was a short workout, i got alright mileage on the day. 2.5 up, 2 workout, and 4 cool down.
