once again, we had a ton of guys rolling out the spinners onto the track to do a workout. today it was me, bobby, little joe, and ben. the intervals today were longer than they've been in the past, so i needed something to distract me. i started to tell brooke about my day until i got too out of breath and she went to warm up. this was the workout:
15 min warmup
3x 2:30 hard, 2min rest btwn
2min recovery
4x 1:30 hard, 1min rest btwn
2min recovery
6x 1:00 hard, 30sec rest
5min cooldown
the bike felt good. my calf is feeling a lot better; i think i just needed to give it time to loosen out. other than that it was a good workout. the 1min on 30 off was tough, but felt good after. headed down to the pool for part 2
