day 15: progress

worked on my lab report literally all day today... turned it in then headed to veale. i talked to jess before going up to the cardio room to schedule a drs appt on tuesday. i'm gonna try to get some xrays before then so that i can get rid of the boot before spring break.
anyways, so i went up to the cardio room. robert was the only one up there--everyone else was in the hof room for the uaa pre meet meeting. biked with robert for about 10min, then flew solo for the next 35. it was 45min on random lvl 10, so i was working pretty hard. hr got up to 170s by the end but was mostly 150-160s, with rpm in the 120s. 20.4 was a solid mileage i thought.
downstairs for static stretching, bear pillar.
