2 Mile Warm Up

6 Mile Tempo: Go out in 6-6:15 pace and come back in 5:40-5:50 pace

Splits: 6:06, 6:10, 6:05, 5:50, 5:50, 5:55

2nd worst run since I've been running at CP(the worst being the 10 miler at the toepath 3 weeks ago). Legs felt heavy from the start, and the hills absolutely destroyed me. My legs were on fire literally the entire run. We stopped about 3 times. This run showed me I'm very weak right now and not as strong as I should/need to be.
