Hard Long Run at 2 Rivers

Comments:
Great test today. PRed for a half marathon. Knew it was going to be good on my drive over and for the first half. Had a few doubts a little over halfway but held strong. The plan was 2 warm up miles in about 15 minutes, 9 hard miles at 6:30 pace and 2 cool down miles in 15 minutes. Was a little faster than planned, so overall very pleased. It was pretty hard, though. Also, noticed that I was down to 170 lbs again after the run. Need to focus seriously on getting hydrated this week.
