day 17: bike intervals

took yesterday off, there wasn't really a reason, i just didn't do it. it was kind of a snow day from everything. to continue, i decided to bike in the cardio room-- there was a lot going on in the gym: hoop-a-palooza, some karate thing, and who knows what else. i was hoping to do a workout, so i did intervals on the bike. which was kinda weird because i don't normally do workouts on the cardio room bikes. but there's a setting on the "hill plus" category called "intervals." essentially it was
15x 1:00 hard, 1:00 easy.
i started at lvl 8, but moved up to 14 by the last interval. it wasn't that exciting and there wasn't really anyone around. felt like a sunday, but it wasn't. downstairs to swim.
