hit up the pool after the cardio room. talked to ben about being there, but it was real crowded even though i showed up around 1:30. saw blaire with wayne and jacob. they invited me to join them like last week, so i did. we started with the underwater swims-- they were better than me and could make it across the pool in one breath, but i wasn't feeling it for some reason. then we did the ladder set, with short rests. it felt good, my form kinda fell apart at the end, but i was working. then blaire and i kicked for what seemed like forever, and what she said was 600yds. it was nice to not think about it and just talk. then we swam kind of a cool down, which was really good. i fell into a rhythm, which usually only happens while running, and blaire and i were swimming at almost exactly the same pace. so that was a good feeling. upstairs to finish.
