originally, i had 8-10x 800s on the bike path in mind to mimic last years workout. but of course it was ridiculously windy so i had to go indoors. got through 6 feeling rough so shut it down - the lack of recovery and my stomach feeling off all day made it hard. 6x800m (1min recovery): 2:30, 2:27, 2:32, 2:32, 2:33, 2:32. felt great through 2, obviously, then felt the short recovery from 3 on. did a bunch of form, strides, and hurdle drills afterward.
