Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
typical long run although i havent done one in awhile..felt good to get a solid one in. headed out on the normal out&back route with the team & got somewhat close to the new bridge before turning around with mark. i still felt pretty poor after the turnaround because mark wanted to get the trails done. once we passed the water stop on the way back i started to feel better & we kept the quicker pace - we hit some 6:30s coming back. i enjoyed that run.
