wooohooo finally. Was hoping to at least be running by now. Hopefully, I'll be able two in 1-2 weeks. I talked to Veronica who needs me to go to the doctor so they can be "on the same page" before she tells me to do anything. I was aiming on biking for 40 minutes, but my knee was starting to hurt after 15 minutes, so I stopped, stretched and did a crunch progression and then did another 15 minutes. Glad to be back on the team.
