finally running again, lol. circumstances were against me for a while, and i was lazy sometimes. but its time to get back into it for sure. jon appointment tomorrow so no running there but at least itll help get me loose. gonna start a nightly routine i should have kept up from long ago, stretching and 25 pushups/25 crunches. and 10 leglifts and 1 minute plank if possible. for now thats a good nightly workout i think. but the stretching is most important, and rolling. being loose is the only way i can train well man. anyways, the run today. just kinda rambled, it wasnt too bad but my knees/ankle were a bit funny sometimes. not my best run but i felt really good at times. anyways, cant wait to get the kinks out and get good at running again. rounded up from 4.87 to 5, reasonable rounding no?
