Getting pretty sick...400's felt pretty bad...but the times weren't too awful i guess so all things considered i'm happy with it. The workout was 400m at rep pace followed by a recovery of 400m jog. We did 6 in two groups. Matt and I ran together, Ari, Josh and Mackenzie ran as another group. times for matt and I were was follows:
400's: 68, 68, 66, 66, 67, 65
