Comments:
warmed up to the outdoor track for the first time this year with laf. saw george which was good to see. steve had this workout in mind: 3x mile (1min recov),200m (200jog),200m (200jog). we hit 5:18, 34, 35, 5:15, 33, 34, 5:17, 33, 30. the miles felt like a threshold, not easy but not ridiculously hard, but the 200s were tough to get comfortable with & really never did. but a solid workout overall i suppose
