Comments:
mile warmup to the greenbelt west..
split into 2 groups.. group 1 did 3 minutes on 1 minute standing recovery then less than 3 minutes
covering mile 1 in less than 6 minutes.

group 2 did 2 minutes on..1 minute standing recoveries x's 3 covering 1 mile in 5:42..
5 minute recovery for both groups, then we split into 4 groups of 3 going 1 minute on 1 minute off
the groups covered a mile in
5:30..5:22..5:17..5:13.. cooldown back to the track and syddog,clurr,amili and myself did a mile on the track in 7:10..stretched, the day was done...very nice workout
