finalllly spring. stayed inside and took Anthony's advice and just did another 25 minutes on the bike, instead of pushing to do more. Stretched for 15 minutes then did some excercises with scott and some legswings/donkey kicks. Did 2 sets of crunch progressions, and joined the team for a third. Trying to do everything I can (not hurting my knee) so when Im back, I wont be that out of shape.
