Comments:
two 8x400 sets with 100 meter jog in between intervals. First set averaging around 72-73. Second set around 71 with the last two 69, 66. Did not feel good for the first set-my legs were cold. Felt very good for the second set. Ran with Marc and Victor. 2 up and 2.5 down.
