Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran down to the greenbelt where we split into 2 groups, we ran 3 minutes on 1 minute off and then 3 minutes on, hopefully covering more than a mile in 6 minutes. I was really tired today and have been for the past week, so i didn't do as good as i should have. Then on the way back we got into groups of 3 and did 1 minute on and 1 minute off for an entire mile, i was alone for most of my 1 minute run so i didn't have anyone to push me so it was hard to jusge how hard i was going, i felt like i could have gone faster. It was an overall good workout, and i'm ready for this weekend.
