got a foam roller and jogged back from georgetown running. things are still way off. im certain the hamstring thing isnt just soreness from starting up again. it almost seems like something deep underneath the muscle has somehow been tweaked. i don't think heat and ice are enough. clearly veronica isn't worried about it at all but i feel like i didn't explain it well. going to take sunday off
