earrrly morning workout.

after "hurdling" yesterday, i met with coach to discuss training over break. as it turned out, she wanted me to come in early with everyone else for the 6:30 am workout. woo. so here was the workout that i biked.
15min warmup.
2x( 3:30 hard, 1:30 easy
3x 2:00 hard, 1:00 easy
3x 1:20 hard, 0:45 easy)
10 min cooldown

i had a physics test to get to, so i cut out some post-workout stuff. didn't lift or do abs, but got in a solid static stretch. definitely wasted some time though. it was a good workout overall. my foot felt good.
