really wanted to go swim in the outdoor pool--something not really possible in cleveland. however, it was completely full, and people aren't quite as inclined to share a lane with a stranger. especially when there's an indoor pool right next door. so i swam there. i got an outside lane, which kinda sucked, also the pool was 5ft at the deepest. i felt like i was going to run into the ground.

10x 50 hard starting every minute
300 kick
300 swim
maybe this pool is in meters and that's why it felt slow? but i was also just really tired.

afterwards, i went up to meet my dad and his wife to stretch. sophie's kind of a physical therapist--it's called biodynamic craniosacral therapy, or something. but she showed me some exercises and stretches to do, and i felt a lot better.
