Weather: sweat and stale gym air woohoo

Comments:
Biked for 30 minutes at a regular pace. For once knee didn't hurt at all, which was good. Still stretched and iced a bunch. I think I'm gonna run around the block on Monday and see if I can finally start running. Im pretty anxious to start running. I want to take it slow to make sure my knee doesn't get worse later in the season, but I really want to be training with the rest of the team and do well this season.
