Comments:
In pool: 10 min easy up, 1-2-3-4-5 (30sec), 1 min, 5-4-3-2-1 (30s) at "I" effort. 2 min recovery, 10 min "T" effort. Felt solid, hip flexors sore.

Track: Ran ~ 1 mile total, with some drills w/u. calf felt ok, no pain but a little balky maybe.
