9 X 15 inclined bench sit ups, 5 X 15 lat pull down, all leg exercises, 5 X 15 hamstring, 5 X 15 leg extension, 2 X 15 torso leg lift, ball on the wall. Strength noted in new machines for hamstrings and leg extensions. higher settings. 78 Kg - (bummer)
