Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with Lauren, Lindsay, Adam, and Daniel. The workout I assigned was 1-2-3-full hill-3-2-1 with half time recoveries, except before and after the full hill (we jogged to the bottom). Mostly not tiring, but breathing hard toward the end. Joined Ben Bosworth for most of the full uphill - that was some solid work. I backed off because I knew I had a serious track workout later in the evening with the BAA. On the whole, sweet run. No aches or pains for the first time in a while.
