Comments:
I am completely draining. Counting down 10 laps on an indoor track over and over gets really tiring. My overall times were pretty even, but I was generally slowing down over the course of each interval. On the last one, I got dropped by the guy I was working with in lap 4, tried to stay him but ultimately fell farther behind till I was caught by this girl named Lindsey who I ran with for 2 laps, then broke away from with 300m to go and made for a strong finish. Falling into that pack was exactly what I needed to start feeling good again and regain my confidence.
