Comments:
Good run. 10 miles is getting to be a comfortable distance. Little aches and pains but nothing major.

Managed to choke down most of a GU gel at mile 8 and by mile 10 it had kicked in. Did the last mile in just over 9 minutes! Very strong finish, oh yeah....:)
