Comments:
Workout in gimghoul. Very short warmup due to meeting that ran long. jugged for 1.5 minutes or so between intervals. 3:40, 3:35, 4:56, 3:42, 4:54. The 1600 were actualy about 50 meters short. 1200 were right though. These were times I would be happy with on a track. Very happy with workout considering the neighboorhood loop had a pretty large hill.
