3x3x200 with 2' between reps and 9' and 10' between sets 30/30/30 30/31/32 31/32/33
First fast workout since before conferences and it wasn't too bad. I could run about a 150 fine but the last 50 my legs died bad on the last ones. Hips were tight from hurdling.
