Comments:
went down to the 1/2mi mark on creek road for some 2mile repeats with laf. we went from there to the 2.5 mark at the gate on the old paved creek rd. 3x2mi (2min recov) at 11:00, 10:59, 10:51. didnt feel too good going into the workout, stomach and bowels was a little upset. the inclines throughout the 2miles broke it up nicely actually.
