Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Good light run after yesterday's exhausting back-to-back workouts. Didn't feel sore. Third run in a row I've worn my Nike Bowermans and my feet have felt fine.
Did two 200m sprints in a relay with the sprinters. Fun to push myself like that for first time in months, but it left me sore.
