Night Run w/ Ryan

Met up with a college teammate after work and took him on loop through Milton and Dorchester. http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=4338912

I really wish I'd kept it shorter. I was already feeling weary when I started and this only increased as the run went on, though I kept up a brisk clip. Breathing wise, I felt fine. It was more my muscles and tendons that were asking for more time to recover. Got to be careful about doing these runs too close together. Still, really enjoyed it.
