Comments:
Finally! Even though I only ran to AU at a relaxed pace and walked back, it was still fun and satisfying to finally be going on runs again. Made it about 2/3 way through the run before my knee started hurting pretty badly, which was better than I expected. I'm gonna take it easy so I wont get re injured and cross train every other day until Anthony says I should run full time. Looking forward to a sick and hopefully injury free track season
